The Founding Story
Billy Ford is an experienced pool builder who, after years of executing other companies' visions, decided it was time to build under his own name — with his own standards and direct accountability to every family he serves. He co-founded Epic Custom Pools alongside Dana and Jeff, and together they've built something the industry doesn't see often enough: deep craft expertise, sharp operational know-how, and a genuine enthusiasm for the work that makes the whole process feel different. They strive to be hands-on, straight-talking, and — frankly — a lot more fun to spend a construction project with than most. That combination is what lets a team this size reach families across all of DFW West without the handoffs, the upsells, or the impersonal experience that comes with a larger operation.
